No, you can use our quick and easy Guest Checkout if you're in a rush and don't want to log in or register new account. However, we recommend to log in/to create an account, so you can keep a record of your purchases, but the choice is entirely yours!
What information do I have to provide when ordering or creating an account, why?
You will have to provide your name, surname, billing and shipping address, contact information (phone and email) and, if you prefer, company name, company registration number and/or VAT number.

What are minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements?
There is no MOQ requirements set up at My Crystal Idea! Orders can contain as many items as you wish to order.
Can I order from overseas?
Yes, you are welcome to place an order from overseas using one of our offered payment methods.
Can I place an order via telephone or email?
The ordering process is set up in such way that orders can only be placed via our Online Shop. If you need support when placing your order, simply contact Customer Service.
Can I use different billing and shipping address?
Yes, you can. Your order will be shipped to shipping address that you indicated during checkout.
I have VAT number; can I use it when ordering from your shop?
Yes, if you have valid VAT number, you can include it to your account details/details which you provide during checkout and VAT will be excluded from your order. If you notice that something is not working well, please contact us before making payment for your order.
